▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing composite graphene-encapsulated phospholipase D, comprises (i) culturing the phospholipase D-producing strain, centrifuging, and the resulting supernatant is the crude enzyme solution; (ii) after mixing the crude enzyme solution obtained in the step (i) with the sodium bicarbonate solution, adding graphene powder and stirring; and (iii) adding calcium chloride solution to the material obtained in step (ii), stirring, allowing to stand, centrifuging to obtain the product. USE - The composite graphene-encapsulated phospholipase D is useful in producing phosphatidylserine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: avoids the high cost of using graphene as an immobilized carrier by doping low-cost calcium carbonate materials, avoids the disadvantages of too small graphene size, resulting in difficult separation and high technical requirements for production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included (1) a composite graphene-encapsulated phospholipase D; and (2) a method for producing phosphatidylserine comprising mixing composite graphene-encapsulated phospholipase D, acetate-sodium acetate buffer with L-serine, phosphatidylcholine, and methylene chloride, and reacting.
