NOVELTY - Conductive polylactic acid composite material comprises raw materials comprising polylactic acid and graphene oxide with haloalkane branched chains modified by silane coupling agent and loaded with nanometer zinc oxide, copper particles and silver particles on the surface. USE - The conductive polylactic acid composite material is useful for manufacturing complex structure functional type high molecular device including wearable sensing electronic device, shape memory device and conductive functional component. ADVANTAGE - The conductive polylactic acid composite material uses nano-zinc to carry out in-situ reduction reaction on graphene oxide, copper ions and silver ions with halogenated alkane branches modified by silane coupling agent and has excellent conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the conductive polylactic acid composite material involving (1) adding the graphene oxide modified by the silane coupling agent with the branched chain of the halogenated alkane into water and ultrasonically dispersing to form a graphene oxide solution, after the dispersion is uniform, adding a copper nitrate solution and a silver nitrate solution, heating to disperse, and mixing solution, (2) adding nano-zinc powder to the mixed solution, stirring for the reaction, filtering and drying after the end, and obtaining graphite oxide with haloalkane branches modified by silane coupling agent on the surface loaded with nano-zinc oxide, copper particles and silver particles alkene; (3) adding the graphene oxide with halogenated alkane branch chain modified by the silane coupling agent of the surface loading nano-zinc oxide, copper particles and silver particles obtained in step (2) into the liquid polylactic acid, stirring and mixing, and carrying out extrusion water-cooling and solidification and forming polylactic acid composite material rod-shaped filament and (4) putting the polylactic acid composite material rod-shaped wire into the fused deposition molding machine, importing the three-dimensional data model of the conductive member, setting the molding process parameters, and performing fused deposition molding on the conductive member to obtain the product.
