▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-heated nonwoven fabric involves (a) mixing 1-2 pts. wt. infrared-reflective ceramic powder, 60-90 pts. wt. PTFE emulsion, and 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant by ultrasonic-dispersion to obtain printing liquid (A), (b) adding 3-5 pts. wt. graphene to aqueous PTFE emulsion and 40-60 pts. wt. isopropanol to adjust viscosity to obtain printing liquid (B), uniformly spraying printing liquid (A) on the upper surface of the non-woven fabric by electrostatic spraying, heating setting non-woven fabric by a roller, drying the mixture using the drying box, passing non-woven fabric through the electrostatic spraying room, and spraying printing liquid (B) on the upper surface of the non-woven fabric by electrostatic spraying, drying, and finally winding fabric. USE - Preparation of graphene-heated nonwoven fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method enables effectively graphene-heated nonwoven fabric having excellent durability, and heating effect by uniformly coating graphene slurry.
