NOVELTY - Steel snow tire tread rubber comprises 65-85 pts. wt. natural rubber, 10-30 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber, 5-10 pts. wt. trans isoprene rubber, 40-52 pts. wt. carbon black, 0.1-0.4 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-25 pts. wt. silica, 0.5-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 2.5-4 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 2-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 2-4 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-7 pts. wt. dicyclopentadiene-modified resins (modified DCPD resin), 1-1.5 pts. wt. rubber protective wax, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. accelerator, 1-2 pts. wt. sulfur powder, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. anti-sulfurization agent, and 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. scorch inhibitor CTP. USE - Used as steel snow tire tread rubber. ADVANTAGE - The tread rubber: improve anti-blocking performance and wet skid resistance of the tread, aging resistance and resistance to reversion, safety performance and service life of snow tires. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing an steel snow tire tread rubber comprising (i) mixing natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, trans isoprene rubber, carbon black, graphene oxide, and white carbon black, silane coupling agent, modified DCPD resin, zinc oxide, and stearic acid, adding into an internal mixer for mastication under 40-55 rotations/minute (rpm) and 4-5.5 MPa pressure, discharging at 155-165 degrees C for 140-165 seconds to obtain batch of rubber, (ii) adding one part of the rubber mixture obtained in the step (i), carbon black, anti-aging agent, and rubber protective wax into an internal mixer for kneading under 4-5.5 MPa top plug pressure and 45-55 rpm, discharging at 150-160 degrees C for 95-120 seconds to obtain second-stage mixing rubber, and (iii) adding obtained the second-stage rubber, accelerator, sulfur powder, anti-sulfurization agent, and scorch inhibitor CTP, mixing into the mixer for kneading under 20-40 rpm, the top plug pressure is 4-5.5MPa, discharging at 100-110 degrees C for 110-125 seconds.
