NOVELTY - A passivation layer (200) comprises a passivation layer (210) provided on the surface of a negative electrode sheet of a secondary battery, and a passivation layer (220) provided on the surface of the passivation layer (210) away from the negative electrode sheet of the secondary battery. The passivation layer (210) has ion conductivity, and thickness of 0.1-10 nm. The passivation layer (220) contains corrosion-resistant material, and has thickness of 0.1-5 nm. USE - Passivation layer is used in negative electrode for secondary battery for computer product, communication product, consumer electronic product, energy storage application and power battery application (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The passivation layer protects the pole negative electrode, at the same time, it does not affect the working performance. The safety performance and the circulation stability of the secondary battery can be improved effectively. The performance of the battery, such as the circulation lithium of the ion battery, and the requirement of the thickness precision is low, it can form a thick coating.
