▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A doped-carbon dots-graphene composite preparing method involves dissolving lipoic acid, ethylenediamine and phytic acid in deionized water, mixing, transferring into a reactor and reacting under the hydrothermal condition to get reaction solution. The reaction solution is filtered to remove impurities, dialyzed and freeze-dried to get doped carbon powder. The doped carbon powder is added to an aqueous solution of graphene enriched, mixed and subjected for hydrothermal reaction to obtain solid. The solid is washed with deionized water and ethanol, and dried to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing doped-carbon dots-graphene composite. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing doped-carbon dots-graphene composite with stable chemical and physical properties, in simple, feasible and cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A doped-carbon dots-graphene composite preparing method involves taking one or both of lipoic acid, ethylenediamine and phytic acid as a heterogeneous element precursor, dissolving in deionized water, mixing uniformly, transferring into a reactor with polytetrafluoroethylene liner and reacting under the hydrothermal condition to get reaction solution. The reaction solution is filtered to remove impurities, dialyzed for 24-48 hours and freeze-dried to get doped carbon powder. The doped carbon powder is added to an aqueous solution of graphene enriched, mixed and subjected for hydrothermal reaction to obtain solid. The solid is washed with deionized water and ethanol respectively, and vacuum dried at 60-120 degrees C to obtain the finished product. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a doped-carbon dots-graphene composite prepared by the method (2) an use of doped-carbon dots-graphene composite for preparing an oxygen reducing electrode.
