▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing Teflon (RTM: Polytetrafluoroethylene) high-temperature cloth comprises arranging glass fiber base in the dipping solution, ultrasonically treating at 80-90?oC for 30 minutes, taking out and dry at 100-120?oC for 30 minutes, and then drying at 125-150?oC for 30 minutes to obtain a special crude fluorocarbon fabric. The crude Teflon (RTM: Polytetrafluoroethylene) fabric is baked at 275-285?oC for 4-6 minutes, sintered at 360-370?oC for 8-15 minutes, and cooled to obtain Teflon (RTM: Polytetrafluoroethylene) high-temperature fabric prepared by impregnation method. The dipping solution is made by mixing 1.1-1.5% modified graphene oxide, 15.2-17.1% high-temperature resistant acrylate, 0.5-0.8% coupling agent KH-560, 1.1-1.2% potassium hydroxide, 30.4-42.8% polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion emulsion and balanced deionized water. USE - Method for preparing Teflon (RTM: Polytetrafluoroethylene) high-temperature cloth based on immersion method, preferably polytetrafluoroethylene coated glass fiber cloth. ADVANTAGE - The process is simple, safe-friendly, and provides Teflon (RTM: Polytetrafluoroethylene) high temperature cloth with excellent adhesive property and high temperature resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing Teflon (RTM: Polytetrafluoroethylene) high-temperature cloth comprises arranging glass fiber base in the dipping solution, ultrasonically treating at 80-90?oC for 30 minutes, taking out and dry at 100-120?oC for 30 minutes, and then drying at 125-150?oC for 30 minutes to obtain a special crude fluorocarbon fabric. The polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion emulsion and deionized water are added into the stirring tank with the remaining raw materials under stirring and mixing for 3-5 hours to obtain the impregnating liquid.
