NOVELTY - Preparation of magnetic wave absorbing composite material involves dispersing multilayer graphene oxide in deionized water, and expanding under microwave conditions to obtain a expanded graphene, drying the expanded graphene, preparing metal salt solution using a mixture of ethanol and water as solvent and adding saccharide compound and metal acetylacetone, placing the dried expanded graphene in the metal salt solution and stirring under microwave conditions for 40-60 minutes, adding hydroxycellulose dispersant and stirring for 5 minutes, evaporating to obtain intercalated graphene, dispersing intercalated graphene into a viscose solution to obtain solution containing intercalated graphene powder, preparing bar-shaped fibrous material by injecting the obtained solution in high-speed shear coagulation bath and performing pre-oxidation and carbonization. The metal acetylacetonate is one or more of cobalt acetylacetonate, iron acetylacetonate and nickel acetylacetonate. USE - Preparation of magnetic wave absorbing composite material. ADVANTAGE - The process easily controls the forming thickness of lightweight absorbing material. The process prepares absorbing material with excellent absorption performance for electromagnetic waves in high frequency bands. The intercalated graphene is protected by carbon fiber in the absorbing material which does not easily corrode and oxidize in harsh weather environment.
