NOVELTY - Start-stop battery cathode lead paste comprises 0.1-1 wt.% carbon fiber, 0.1-0.5 wt.% graphene, 5-10 wt.% activated carbon, 5-10 wt.% barium sulfate, 2-5 wt.% humic acid, 1-5 wt.% lignin, 5-10 wt.% sulfuric acid and lead powder (balance amount). USE - Used as start-stop battery cathode lead paste. ADVANTAGE - The paste: prolongs cycle life of battery, increases battery capacity and maintains charging and discharging capacity of battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing start-stop battery cathode lead paste comprising (i) diluting graphene into emulsion preparation, (ii) 1 tons of vacuum and paste machine, adding 1/3-1/2 amount of lead powder, carbon fiber, activated carbon, barium sulfate, humic acid and lignin into paste and lead powder, stirring for 5 minutes, then adding remaining lead into powder, stirring for 5 minutes, adding water and stirring for 2 minutes, adding graphene emulsion, adding dilute sulfuric acid, while stirring for 15 minutes or controlling maximum temperature at 75 degrees C for 3-5 minutes, and (iii) stirring and cooling to ambient temperature difference of 5 degrees C and determine the apparent density of cathode paste that meet the requirements of the preparation.
