NOVELTY - The pouch has electrodes formed in an inner surface of a bag. An electro-active polymer is formed in the bag. Voltage is applied to the electrodes that are controlled by the bag. The electrodes are formed with a graphene electrode layer. The electro-active polymer is ionic polymer-metal composite (IPMC) that is one selected from Nafion (RTM: Sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer), Flemion (RTM: Fluoropolymer ion-exchange membrane) and Aciplex (RTM: Perfluorosulfonic acid polymer electrolyte membrane) material. USE - Flexible pouch for forming an artificial muscle and artificial heart. ADVANTAGE - The pouch improves outside electrical stimulation process according to condition of a flexible pouch main body. The pouch can be modulated by changing time-varying property and nonlinear characteristic so as to form a volume structure of different shapes such as rectangle and cylinder. The pouch increases an operation state of the flexible pouch main body, storage or pumping process of fluid, and soft role pump structure performance.
