The zinc-aluminum alloy comprises 90.5-91.1 pts. wt. zinc, 8.5-8.6 pts. wt. aluminum, 1.1-1.2 pts. wt. copper, and production materials containing inevitable iron and magnesium impurities. The zinc-aluminum alloy is made into powder by smelting-nitrogen atomization method, and then the lamellar alloy powder is obtained by wet ball milling method, and the melting point of zinc-aluminum alloy is 360-400 degrees C. The polyether ether ketone composite material is prepared by placing sheet-like zinc-aluminum alloy powder in a quaternary ammonium salt surfactant aqueous solution, ultrasonically dispersing for more than 30 minutes, filtered, washing with deionized water and drying, dissolving the graphene oxide ultrasonically in deionized water.
