NOVELTY - The sensor has an elastic film made up of nonconductive thermoplastic polymer which is wrapped by the carbon or graphene composite nano fiber yarn and an electrode. The electrode is provided with a conductive gel and two ends are connected with the carbon or graphene composite nano fiber yarn. The sensitivity coefficient of carbon/graphite is detected using a flexible strain sensor. USE - Carbon and graphite flexible strain sensor. ADVANTAGE - The stable sensor performance in the preparation process is improved and the size of the sensor is adjusted.
