NOVELTY - Preparing graphene glass comprises providing a glass substrate, placing the glass substrate in the reaction chamber, and introducing carbon source, performing plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition reaction on the glass substrate to grow graphene to obtain graphene glass, where it further comprises introducing an oxygen-containing etchant in the reaction chamber to etch the amorphous carbon generated in the plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition reaction. The carbon oxygen compound is alcohols, ketones, acids, aldehydes, esters and/or oxygen-containing polymer compounds, preferably methanol, ethanol, benzyl alcohol, glycol, acetone, butanone, formic acid, acetic acid,formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, ethyl acetate, polymethylmethacrylate and/or ethyl methacrylate. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene glass based on etching auxiliary mechanism. ADVANTAGE - The method can effectively improve the quality of graphene, has low-temperature rapid growth advantage, can grow uniform graphene with large size, and the obtained graphene has better performance in the conductivity, light transmittance, hydrophobicity and thermal conductivity, simple technique, low cost, and has good industrial application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene glass prepared by the above mentioned method.
