NOVELTY - A nano-zinc oxide (ZnO) and graphene nanosheet composite nanomaterial is prepared by adding graphene nanosheet to 85-95% sulfuric acid, stirring at 50-60 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, filtering, washing, drying, subjecting obtained sample to ball milling process for 3-4 hours, using strong acid and performing high energy mechanical ball milling of pre-processed graphene nanosheet to disperse graphene nanosheet, preparing solution I by dissolving dopant nitrate ions and zinc nitrate hexahydrate at mole ratio of 0.1-10% in de-ionized water, and preparing solution II. USE - Preparation of nano-zinc oxide and graphene nanosheet composite nanomaterial (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Preparation method is simple and easy to operate, reaction time is short, product has good chemical stability, graphite has high electrical conductivity, nano-ZnO has high Seebeck coefficient, and photocatalytic efficiency of nano-ZnO is high. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A nano-zinc oxide (ZnO) and graphene nanosheet composite nanomaterial is prepared by adding graphene nanosheet to 85-95% sulfuric acid, stirring at 50-60 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, filtering, washing, drying, subjecting obtained sample to ball milling process for 3-4 hours, using strong acid and performing high energy mechanical ball milling of pre-processed graphene nanosheet to disperse graphene nanosheet, preparing solution I by dissolving dopant nitrate ions and zinc nitrate hexahydrate at mole ratio of 0.1-10% in de-ionized water, preparing solution II by dissolving 0.02-0.04 mole sodium hydroxide in de-ionized water, in which mass ratio sodium hydroxide:water is 0.5-0.1, adding solution II and graphene nanosheet to solution I, stirring with fast rotating magnetic stirrer, in which mole ratio graphene:zinc nitrate is 0-0.1, generating white precipitate, continuously stirring for 1-2 hours, filtering solution, washing obtained solid product by distilled water and ethanol for 2-3 times, placing in constant temperature drying box, drying at 90-95 degrees C for 10-12 hours, grinding dried material calcined in muffle furnace for 3-4 hours at 500-800 degrees C, and milling at milling speed of 150-250 r/minute for 3-4 hours.
