NOVELTY - Positive electrode plate comprises a current collector (13), a first positive electrode active material layer (11) and a second positive electrode active material layer (12). The second positive electrode active material layer is arranged between the current collector and the first positive electrode active material layer, or the first positive electrode active material layer is arranged between the current collector and the second positive electrode active material layer. The first positive electrode active material layer comprises a first positive electrode active material, first binder and a first conductive agent. The first positive electrode active material is selected from given linear structures. USE - Positive electrode plate for secondary battery, battery module, battery pack, and power consuming device such as mobile device, an electric vehicle, an electric train, ship, or satellite, or an energy storage system (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The positive electrode plate has active material in the second positive electrode active material layer first, that undergoes an electrochemical reaction and generates heat, which further promotes the active material in the first positive electrode active material layer in the secondary battery to undergo an electrochemical reaction, and the secondary battery of the present application has a good low temperature performance by unit of the synergistic effect between the first positive electrode active material layer and the second positive electrode active material layer in the positive electrode plate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Positive electrode plate comprises a current collector (13), a first positive electrode active material layer (11) and a second positive electrode active material layer (12). The second positive electrode active material layer is arranged between the current collector and the first positive electrode active material layer, or the first positive electrode active material layer is arranged between the current collector and the second positive electrode active material layer. The first positive electrode active material layer comprises a first positive electrode active material, first binder and a first conductive agent. The first positive electrode active material is selected from LiqCoO2, Li1+xCo1-y-zNiyMnzO2 or carbon-coated LiβFeαM(1-α)PO4, where q is 0-1, x is 0-0.1, y and z is 0-0.95, α is 0.2-1, β is 1-1.1, and M is copper (Cu), manganese (Mn), chromium (Cr), zinc (Zn), lead (Pb), calcium (Ca), copper (Co), nickel (Ni) or strontium (Sr). INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1. a secondary battery comprises the positive electrode plate; and 2. a battery module comprises the secondary battery.
