NOVELTY - The method involves stacking an isolating board to prevent a substrate to be coated with graphene on a face of a printing and coating region. An isolation plate is provided with a first scraper and a second scraper. A graphene-liquid slurry injection is grouted in a drain hole of the isolation plate. The first scraper and the second scraper are coated to move towards a position of the drain hole. Scraper liquid slurry is scraped to a redundant graphene area except the isolation plate. Redundant liquid of graphene slurry is scraped and circulated to the drain hole. USE - Graphene radiating shield cover manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables utilizing action of double-scraper graphene coating and realizing tightly combination of a graphene layer and a substrate and reducing waste of materials with better adhesive force and radiating performance.
