NOVELTY - Preparing silver-nickel-graphene alloy material comprises e.g. (i) adding silver nitrate and ammonia into pure water to obtain silver ammonia solution, taking reducing agent solution and diluting with water to obtain reducing agent solution; adding graphene powder into pure water to obtain graphene powder, (ii) reacting silver ammonia solution and graphene solution with reducing agent solution to obtain silver graphene composition powder, (iii) cleaning, sieving the graphene composition, calcining, screening, ball milling graphene composition powder, and sieving to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing silver-nickel-graphene alloy material. ADVANTAGE - The product has high stability, excellent heat conducting performance, electric corrosion resistance and strong hardness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing silver-nickel-graphene alloy material comprises (i) adding silver nitrate and aqueous ammonia into pure water, stirring to obtain silver ammonia solution, taking reducing agent solution and diluting with water to obtain reducing agent solution, adding graphene powder into pure water, stirring, dispersing to obtain graphene powder, (ii) reacting silver ammonia solution and graphene solution with reducing agent solution to obtain silver graphene composition powder, (iii) cleaning, drying, sieving the graphene composition powder obtained in step (ii) drying, calcinating, screening, the graphene composition powder is ball milling, sieving to obtain fine powder; in step (ii) reacting silver graphene composite powder and nickel to obtain silver graphene composite powder comprises (a) drying the silver powder, nickel powder, step one of the finished silver graphene composite powder, (b) mixing dried nickel powder, silver-nickel graphene alloy powder and then adding silver powder to obtain mixed powder, (c) subjecting mixed powder to isostatic treatment, (d) sintering silver-nickel-graphene silver ingot to obtain sintered silver-nickel-graphene silver ingot, (e) heating and squeezing silver-nickel-graphene silver ingot to obtain silver-nickel-graphene alloy material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for silver-nickel-graphene alloy material obtained by above method.
