NOVELTY - A graphene modified antistatic rubber composite material comprises 80-100 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 5-8 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-2 pts. wt. accelerant NOBS, 1-3 pts. wt. sulfur, 30-50 pts. wt. reinforcing filler and 0.1-20 pts. wt. functional additive. USE - Graphene modified antistatic rubber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The product has improved mechanical strength, elasticity and durability, prolonged the service life, and improved conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene modified antistatic rubber composite material comprising taking nitrile rubber, open milling for 30-35 minutes at rate of 150-250 revolutions/minute (rpm), adding zinc oxide, heating at 80-95 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, adding stearic acid and antioxidant, milling for 40-55 minutes at rate of 180-280 rpm, adding reinforcing filler, milling at 85-100 degrees C for 40-50 minutes, plasticating for 40-55 minutes at rate of 150-250 rpm, adding functional additive, milling at 85-105 degrees C for 40-50 minutes, plasticating for 50-60 minutes at rate of 200-350 rpm, adding remaining raw materials, plasticating for 30-40 minutes at rate of 150-250 rpm at 80-95 degrees C for 40-50 minutes, mixing at 100-115 degrees C for 40-50 minutes, vulcanizing at 150-200 degrees C under 10 MPa for 10-90 minutes.
