NOVELTY - Automobile catalyst framework material comprises poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) functionalized graphene oxide, PDDA solution, hexachloroplatinic acid (H2PtCl6) and ethylene glycol ((CH2OH)2) composition. USE - Used as automobile catalyst framework material. ADVANTAGE - The framework material: has low nano particle size and high dispersion to have good thermal stability, electrocatalytic effect, electrical conductivity and anti-catalyst poisoning performance; supports the electrocatalytic effect of high-density nano-platinum particles supported on the surface of /PDDA-G, can also improve the tolerance to carbon monoxide, thus improve the catalytic activity of the catalyst. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the automobile catalyst framework material, comprising (1) taking 1.5 pts. wt. PDDA functionalized graphene oxide and 20 ml of 0.093 mol/l H2PtCl6 and dispersing in 50 ml (CH2OH)2, then stirring at room temperature for 24 hours, and after the stirring is completed, ultrasonic for 30 minutes to make it evenly and stably suspended In (CH2OH)2; (2) adjusting with sodium hydroixde/(CH2OH)2 saturated solution, adjust the pH value of the suspension to 10; (3) placing the above dispersion solution in a microwave oven for drying, and obtain a slurry after completion; (4) filtering the slurry, washing alternately in deionized water and ethanol for 5-6 times, and then drying in vacuum at 80℃ for 2 hours, and obtaining a platinum/PDDA-graphitic catalyst after completion; and (5) under the same way, obtaining platinum/reduced graphene oxide (RGO) catalyst according to the method of step (i-iv).
