NOVELTY - An oxide layer (120), metal catalytic layer (130), graphene (140), bonding layer (150a) and adhesive component (150) are formed in order on the surface of base component (110), and the metal catalytic layer is removed by etching to obtain graphene component. USE - Manufacture of graphene component for thin conductive film, transparent electrode and heat radiation or heat generating element (all claimed).
