NOVELTY - A graphene-based heat conduction silica gel phase change composite material comprises silicon substrate, and heat conduction phase change material dispersed in silicon substrate. The heat conduction phase change material comprises heat conductive filler and microencapsulated phase change material. The heat conductive filler comprises graphene, aluminum oxide powder, aluminum nitride powder and/or carbon nanotube. USE - Graphene-based heat conduction silica gel phase change composite material (claimed).
