NOVELTY - Preparing cadmium sulfide (CdS) sensitized tantalum oxynitride (TaON) core shell structure of graphene composite photo catalyst, comprises e.g. (a) mixing CdS solution and TaON nano powder into water, continuously stirring in tank for 12-24 hours, filtering, adding 25 ml of distilled water to the filtrate, placing the mixture in 30 ml of hydrothermal kettle, reacting the mixture at 140-200 degrees C for 12-72 hours, centrifuging and collecting the product, washing the product by water and alcohol for 3-5 times at 40-60 degrees C, and vacuum drying the product for 12-24 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing CdS sensitized TaON core shell structure of graphene composite photo catalyst, which is useful for solar energy and environment treatment (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of economically preparing CdS sensitized TaON core shell structure of graphene composite photo catalyst with high yield in a simple and an environmental friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing cadmium sulfide (CdS) sensitized tantalum oxynitride (TaON) core shell structure of graphene composite photo catalyst, comprises (a) mixing CdS solution and TaON nano powder into water, continuously stirring in tank for 12-24 hours, filtering, adding 25 ml of distilled water to the filtrate, placing the mixture in 30 ml of hydrothermal kettle, reacting the mixture at 140-200 degrees C for 12-72 hours, centrifuging and collecting the product, washing the product by water and alcohol for 3-5 times at 40-60 degrees C, and vacuum drying the product for 12-24 hours to obtain CdS sensitized TaON core-shell structure photocatalyst, where the mass ratio of Cds to TaON is 0.005-0.05; and concentration of sodium sulfide is 1-1.5 mmol/l, and (b) mixing the CdS sensitized TaON core-shell structure photocatalyst in ethanol, uniformly stirring for 12-14 hours, placing the mixture in 30 ml of hydrothermal kettle, reacting the mixture at 120-180 degrees C for 12-14 hours, centrifuging and collecting the product, washing the product by water and alcohol for 3-5 times at 40-60 degrees C, vacuum drying the product for 12-14 hours to obtain CdS sensitized TaON-structure of graphene composite photo catalyst, where the mass ratio of CdS sensitized TaON core-shell structure photocatalyst to alkene is 1:0.005
