NOVELTY - Graphene multifunctional synthetic fiber blended non-woven fabric with animal and plant fibers is made by blending 10-30 wt.% graphene multifunctional acid oxidation resistant nylon fiber, 30-60 wt.% cotton fiber, 5-10 wt.% bamboo charcoal fiber, 10-30 wt.% wool fiber, 5-20 wt.% low melting point fiber. The graphene multifunctional acid-oxidation resistant nylon fiber includes 85-99 pts. wt. nylon, 0.4-4 pts. wt. carboxylated graphene, 0.5-10 pts. wt. functional nanoparticles, and 0.1-1 pts. wt. carboxyl-containing silane coupling agent. USE - Graphene multifunctional synthetic fiber blended non-woven fabric with animal and plant fibers. ADVANTAGE - The graphene multifunctional synthetic fiber blended non-woven fabric with animal and plant fibers combines the abrasion resistance, moisture absorption, breathability, dyeability, elasticity and elastic recovery of nylon fiber with the texture of animal and plant fibers, improves anti-yellowing and oxidation resistance overall, and gives health and healthy function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene multifunctional synthetic fiber and animal and plant fiber blended non-woven fabric, which involves: (A) mixing functional nanoparticles and carboxyl-containing silane coupling agent uniformly, and then adding carboxylated graphene and nylon chips, mixing and extruding through extruder to obtain graphene multifunctional acid and oxidation resistant nylon masterbatch, mixing obtained graphene multifunctional acid and oxidation resistant nylon masterbatch with nylon chips in proportion and then melt-spinning, extruding melt by spinning machine, ink is multifunctional acid and oxidation resistant nylon fiber, weighing graphene multifunctional acid and oxidation resistant nylon fiber, cotton fiber, bamboo charcoal fiber, wool fiber and low melting point fiber automatically, sending to the frequency conversion card clothing opening machine for one time opening, sending fiber material after primary opening to the wind mixer for secondary air mixing and opening to obtain mixed fiber material, sending mixed fiber material to carding machine to be carded into web, collecting and pre-bonding into fiber web by physical rolling; and (B) sending to thermal bonding machine for shaping to obtain final product.
