NOVELTY - Preparing functionalized graphene, comprises adopting natural graphite as raw material, subjecting to Friedel-Crafts reaction to obtain the modified graphite, extracting and purifying the modified graphite, and ultrasonically dispersing in an organic solvent uniformly to form a stable graphene suspension. USE - The method is useful for preparing functionalized graphene. ADVANTAGE - The prepared functionalized graphene ensures strong interaction between the functional groups at the edge and the polymer matrix, which promotes the dispersion of graphene in the polymer matrix to reduce agglomeration degree and enhance the composite material interface performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene polymer composite material, comprising adding the above prepared graphene suspension into epoxy resin, stirring and dissolving, ultrasonically mixing, vacuum distilling to remove the organic solvent and obtain graphene-epoxy resin composite, sequentially adding an epoxy resin curing agent, an accelerator and a micron-sized silver sheet, heating to 150 degrees C to solidify for 3 hours to obtain the graphene polymer composite material, which is the graphene-epoxy resin conductive composite material.
