NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-foaming polylactic acid comprises (i) drying single-layer oxidized graphene dispersion by spraying drying method to obtain a graphene oxide microsphere with a carbon-oxygen ratio of 3-6; (ii) mixing uniformly 1-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide microsphere and 2-4 pts. wt. foaming agent; (iii) adding 100 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. stearic acid, 0.3-1 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide and 0.6-1 pts. wt. zinc oxide into a internal mixer, and mixing at 150-200 degrees C; (iv) adding the product obtained in step (iii) to the internal mixer together with the product obtained in step (ii) and kneading at 100-110 degrees C; and (v) adding the product obtained in step (iv) into a mold, foaming at 110-135 degrees C for 3-10 minutes, and heating to 136-190 degrees C for 5-15 minutes. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-foaming polylactic acid. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy; and improves the basic property and corona resistance of the material, and enhances the strength and elasticity of the material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-foaming polylactic acid complex material, where the graphene sheet overlapping a porous network filled with foaming holes of polylactic acid.
