NOVELTY - Eco-friendly sealing grease comprises 80-90 pts. wt. base oil, 5-20 pts. wt. thickener, and 2.5-20 pts. wt. calcium hydroxide. The base oil does not contain one or more of mineral oil and synthetic oil, and contains palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, and arachidonic acid. The thickener does not contain one or more of lithium base, nano-ceria, isobutylene sulfide, and contains ethylene glycol, 12-hydroxystearic acid, stearic acid composite titanium soap, fiber, and mica sheet. USE - Eco-friendly sealing grease. ADVANTAGE - The eco-friendly sealing grease has nontoxic, have no pollution to soil and underground water, and have no corrosion to related metal portion of the shield tunneling machine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. a method for preparing an eco-friendly sealing grease, which involves: (a)mixing palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid and arachidonic acid in a preset ratio to obtain first mixture; (b) preparing the aqueous solution of thickener and calcium hydroxide; (c) mixing the prepared aqueous solution with the obtained first mixture, performing saponification reaction at 70-120℃ for 0.8-3 hours to obtain second mixture;(d) heating continuously at 140-200℃ for 18-48 minutes to the obtained second mixture; (e) standing still, cooling, solidifying to obtain a crude product; and (f)homogenizing the obtained crude product to obtain a refined product; and 2. a detection device for eco-friendly sealing grease, which comprises: a casing (1), one end being an open end, a pressurizing assembly (2) is connected with the casing, for regulating the pressure in the casing, a screen (3) is arranged in the casing, a blocking portion (4) is arranged at the open end, and a through hole (41) is provided on the blocking portion, a movable portion (5) is connected with the other end of the casing, the movable portion of the movable portion passes through the casing, the screen and the blocking portion in the up-down direction, and weighing assembly (6) is arranged below the blocking portion (4).
