NOVELTY - The method involves combing cotton and the graphene polyester filament interweave the multi-functional bed material adopt the low special combed cotton yarn and the graphene polyester filament as the raw material of the weft yarn. The jet loom is interlaced to produce the combing and graphene terylene filament of multifunctional bed product fabric. The sub-frame is adapted to adopt the section to adjust the warping tension. The main nozzle supply pressure is 0.30Mpa and the auxiliary nozzle supply pressure 0.35Mpa. The height of the shed is adjusted to 26mm. USE - Method for producing multi-functional bedding fabric for combing cotton and graphene polyester filament. ADVANTAGE - The dye ability of cotton fiber is improved.
