▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves providing a conductive substrate that is arranged with graphene nano sheet, where a surface of a graphene nanometre hexagonal boron nitride is deposited. Electrophoresis depositing process is performed. Graphene electrophoresis solution and soluble metal inorganic salt are dissolved into organic solvent by an ultrasonic disperser. The conductive substrate is coated with the graphene electrophoresis solution, where an anode and a cathode of a power source are fixed with the graphene nano sheet and the conductive substrate. USE - Method for manufacturing a field emission cathode. ADVANTAGE - The method enables forming the graphene nano sheet in a stable composite nanometre structure so as to reduce work function of the graphene nano sheet, increasing local electric field of a surface of the graphene nano sheet, reducing starting electric field of the cathode of the power source to improve emission current and preventing the graphene nano sheet from bombarded by ion so as to increase transmission stability of the cathode of the power source. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The conductive substrate is made of iron, titanium, copper, chromium, cobalt, nickel, tungsten, molybdenum, gold and platinum metal substrate.
