▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - High hardness polyurethane tire comprises curing agent and isocyanate prepolymer. The stoichiometric ratio of amine and isocyanate is 0.9-1.25:1. The curing agent is a 40-50 wt.% dispersion of a complex of small molecular diamine and sodium chloride in dioctyl adipate. The isocyanate prepolymer composed of diisocyanate and polyether polyol, and the content of isocyanate in the isocyanate prepolymer is 6-10 wt.%. USE - The polyurethane tire is useful in a forklift tire for a long satisfy of the fork wheel. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane tire: has high hardness, improved wear resistance and strength; and can bearsheavy objects for a long time at -20 to-40℃ with small own deformation thus prolongs its service life under low temperature conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high hardness polyurethane tire, comprising (i) prepolymerizing diisocyanate and polyether polyol to obtain an isocyanate prepolymer with 6-10 wt.% an isocyanate content; (ii) complexing with small molecule diamine and sodium chloride and dispersing in dioctyl adipate to obtain dispersion liquid, the dispersion concentration of complex compound in the dispersion liquid is 40-50 wt.%, namely curing agent; (iii) mixing the curing agent and the isocyanate prepolymer according to the ratio of amine and isocyanate stoichiometric ratio of 0.9-1.25:1, and stirring evenly to obtain a gel mixture; and (iv) casting, demolding and secondary vulcanizing gel the mixture.
