NOVELTY - Anticorrosive and heat-proof powder coating comprises 20-40 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 10-15 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 8-10 pts. wt. nano attapulgite, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide sol, 1-7 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-10 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 10-14 pts. wt. emulsifier, 5-15 pts. wt. weathering agent, 1-5 pts. wt. curing agent, and 1-6 pts. wt. flame retardant. USE - The anticorrosive and heat-proof powder coating is useful for steel structure. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has good bonding strength, mechanical properties, good corrosion resistance and heat resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anticorrosive and heat-proof powder coating comprises (1) mixing acrylic resin, polyurethane resin, nano attapulgite, graphene oxide sol and curing agent to obtain first mixture, (2) mixing antioxidant, compatibilizer, emulsifier, weathering agent and flame retardant to obtain second mixture, and (3) extruding first mixture and the second mixture, milling and sieving to obtain anticorrosive and heat-proof steel structure powder coating.
