USE - Magnetic material. ADVANTAGE - The magnetic material improves the ductility of the magnetic material while adjusting the composition of the magnetic material, while ensuring the magnetic stability of the magnetic material, and is beneficial to improve its impact resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a magnetic sheet, which comprises (A) taking 10-14 pts. wt. iron oxide, 3-4 pts. wt. boron oxide, 0.5-1 pts. wt. neodymium oxide, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. lanthanum oxide, 3-7 pts. wt. alumina, 3-4 pts. wt. cobalt oxide, 10-14 pts. wt. chromium oxide, 15-18 pts. wt. nickel oxide, 10-15 pts. wt. manganese oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. strontium carbonate, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. sodium chlorate, 15-18 pts. wt. graphene, 14-24 pts. wt. polyamide, 7-10 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 7-10 pts. wt. barium carbonate, 10-16 pts. wt. silica, 2-6 pts. wt. dispersant, 5-10 pts. wt. binder, and 0.6-1 pts. wt. copper; (B) crushing the material to form a powder with a particle size diameter of less than 15 microns; (C) mixing the powder uniformly, and the dispersant and the binder are added at the same time, where the dispersant is 2-6 pts. wt. , binder is 5-10 pts. wt.; and forming a raw material mixture; (D) heating and drying the raw material mixture, then pressing into a magnetic sheet substrate; and (E) using coating layer, which is applied to the portion of the magnetic sheet substrate that needs to be shielded by using paint to complete the preparation of the magnetic sheet material.
