NOVELTY - A microprint graphene/copper composite pattern is prepared by soaking polyimide substrate in 5 wt.% 3-(methacryloyloxy)propyltrimethoxysilane in ethanol solution for 1 hour, washing with distilled water, drying, placing 100000 parts substrate into 3-neck flask, adding 1-5 parts copper bromide (CuBr), 1-5 parts alpha -bromophenyl acetate, and 300 parts 4-vinyl pyridine, introducing nitrogen (N2) gas at 100 degrees C for 30 minutes, dissolving carboxylated graphene oxide in water, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 1 minute. USE - Preparation of microprint graphene/copper composite pattern (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Process is simple, low cost, and stable, and has easy to obtain raw materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A microprint graphene/copper composite pattern is prepared by soaking polyimide substrate in 5 wt.% 3-(methacryloyloxy)propyltrimethoxysilane in ethanol solution for 1 hour, washing with distilled water, drying, placing 100000 parts substrate into 3-neck flask, adding 1-5 parts CuBr, 1-5 parts alpha -bromophenyl acetate, and 300 parts 4-vinyl pyridine, introducing N2 gas at 100 degrees C for 30 minutes, dissolving carboxylated graphene oxide in water, performing ultrasonic treatment for 1 minute, dissolving 5,10,15,20-tetra(p-aminophenyl)porphyrin nickel solution of formula (I) as printing agent of microcontact printing in water, performing ultrasonic treatment for 1 minute, immersing polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) stamp in aqueous 5,10,15,20-tetra(p-aminophenyl)porphyrin nickel solution 1-2 minutes, introducing N2 gas, drying for 30-60 s, covering 5,10,15,20-tetra(p-aminophenyl)porphyrin nickel solution-coated PDMS stamp with polyimide substrate with pyridyl, gently pressing for 10-20 s, transferring PDMS stamp pattern to substrate surface to obtain substrate with pattern, and soaking in mixed solution containing 1000 parts graphene solution, 50 parts copper sulfate, 100 parts sodium potassium tartrate, 30 parts sodium hydroxide, 350 parts formaldehyde, and 470 parts distilled water for 3-5 minutes.
