▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Antistatic graphene coating comprises 0.5-2 pts. wt. sodium thiosulfate, 1-3 pts. wt. phosphorus pentoxide, 1-3 pts. wt. strong acidic oxidant, 0.1-1.0 pts. wt. perchlorate, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide, 0.005-0.015 pts. wt. dispersant, 45-100 pts. wt. waterborne acrylic modified polyurethane and 0.5-2 pts. wt. graphite. USE - Used as antistatic graphene coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has excellent conductivity, meets very low impedance in preparation process; provides soft acting force to peel the grapheme oxide; and the method is economical and convenient for popularization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the antistatic graphene coating comprising (i) uniformly mixing sodium thiosulfate, phosphorus pentoxide and a strong oxidant, controlling the system temperature to 50-65 degrees C, adding graphite, carrying out oxidation reaction for 3 hours, adding deionized water, allowing to stand, filtering and washing to obtain a primary graphene oxide product, (ii) controlling the temperature of the system to less than or equal to 15 degrees C, adding a strong oxidant and perchlorate into the primary oxidized graphene product, carrying out oxidation reaction for 2 hours, then adding deionized water for dilution, adding a 30% hydrogen peroxide solution, allowing to stand, removing a supernatant, performing centrifugal separation, washing with alcohol and drying to obtain graphene oxide, and (iii) adding a dispersing agent and a dispersion medium aqueous acrylic modified polyurethane into the graphene oxide, stirring at a high speed for dispersion and then coating the dispersion on a film material.
