The skeleton material includes recycled aggregate, fly ash, slag powder, crushed stone or river sand with a mass ratio of 10:2:1:15. The cementitious filling material includes cement, water glass and filling material in a mass ratio of 3:0.15-0.4:0.01-0.05. The functional additives include a coupling agent, a naphthalene-based water reducing agent, sodium hydroxide, and sucrose in a mass ratio of 1.2:1:0.8:0.05. USE - High-polymer environment-friendly recycled concrete used in road engineering construction for crushing, grading. ADVANTAGE - The high-polymer environment-friendly recycled concrete has improved mechanical property and weather resistance, and prolongs the service life.
