NOVELTY - High-polymer environment-friendly recycled concrete comprises 200-250 pts. wt. skeleton material, 20-40 pts. wt. gel filling material, 4-6 pts. wt. functional additives and 10-30 pts. wt. water. The skeleton material includes recycled aggregate, fly ash, slag powder, crushed stone or river sand with a mass ratio of 10:2:1:15. The cementitious filling material includes cement, water glass and filling material in a mass ratio of 3:0.15-0.4:0.01-0.05. The functional additives include a coupling agent, a naphthalene-based water reducing agent, sodium hydroxide, and sucrose in a mass ratio of 1.2:1:0.8:0.05. USE - High-polymer environment-friendly recycled concrete used in road engineering construction for crushing, grading. ADVANTAGE - The high-polymer environment-friendly recycled concrete has improved mechanical property and weather resistance, and prolongs the service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a high-polymer environment-friendly recycled concrete, which involves: a. removing garbage, retaining waste concrete blocks and crushing them, and screening aggregates into recycled aggregates; b. firstly adding waste coarse aggregate and filler material into the container, mixing and shaking, then adding waste fine aggregate and shaking for 5-15 minutes; c. adding the coupling agent to the container, stirring and mixing, then sealing the container and fusing the coupling agent into the material under a vacuum pressure of -0.08-(-0.1) MPa to obtain a base material; d. adding fly ash, slag powder, crushed stone or river sand into the base material and mixing well to obtain a mixed material; and e. adding naphthalene-based water-reducing agent, sodium hydroxide, water, and sucrose to the mixture and stirring, and finally adding water glass and mixing quickly to obtain product.
