NOVELTY - Antitumor nanocomposite particle comprises nanocomposite particle of silicon dioxide as core where core diameter is 200-650nm. Shell layer with gold nanoparticle and graphene are coated on surface of core, where shell thickness is 40-80nm. USE - Antitumor nanocomposite particle. ADVANTAGE - The antitumor nanocomposite particle carries antitumor drug, drug loading capacity is large, ensures high biological compatibility, small side effect, good photo-thermal effect and low photo-thermal at 780nm, kills tumor cells, and is simple and eco-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing antitumor nanocomposite particle, which involves: (A) mixing methanol, n-butanol, ethyl orthosilicate and ammonia water for 1-3 hours, centrifuging and dispersing to form silicon dioxide alcoholic solution; (B) reacting 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane with silicon dioxide alcoholic solution at 95 degrees C for 1-3 hours centrifuging and dispersing to form aminated silicon dioxide alcohol solution; (C) adding hydroxymethyl phosphorus solution and alkaline aqueous solution in nitrogen atmosphere and stirring for 4-7 minutes, adding chloroauric acid solution in water bath at 20-28 degrees C and stirring for 8-12 hours, sealing and storing at 0-4 degrees C to obtain a product; (D) adding gold solution in aminated silicon dioxide alcoholic solution, and ultrasonic processing for 3-6 minutes and in water bath at 20-28 degrees C for 1-3 hours, centrifuging to form Au-APTMS-SiO2 aqueous solution; (E) adding potassium carbonate and prepared mixed solution of chloroauric acid dropwise in Au-APTMS-SiO2 solution, stirring for 3-6 minutes, adding formaldehyde and stirring for 9-11 minutes; (F) centrifuging the mixture for solid dispersion in pure water to obtain SiO2Au nanoparticle of core-shell water solution; (G) adding water in SiO2Au solution at 18-26 degrees C, adding polyethylene glycol modifier solution and stirring for 20-40 seconds and standing at 0-4 degrees C for 8-12 hours; and (H) adding graphene solution in product at 18-26 degrees C for 8-12 hours and centrifuging to obtain final product.
