NOVELTY - A carbon fiber-reinforced polyoxymethylene composite material comprises 90-100 pts. wt. polyoxymethylene, 10-30 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. bis(dodecanol ester), 2-4 pts. wt. homopolyamide, 0.5-1 pt. wt. n-butyl stearate, 3-6 pts. wt. calcined kaolin, 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. KH-550 (RTM: silane coupling agent), 2-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide, and 2-3 pts. wt. nanosilica. USE - Carbon fiber-reinforced polyoxymethylene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbon fiber-reinforced polyoxymethylene composite material has high heat insulation property and excellent thermal stability.
