NOVELTY - Low-permeability barrier rubber composite material for nuclear power plants, comprises 100 pts. wt. neoprene rubber, 3-5 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 4-6 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 0.5-1 pts. wt. stearic acid, 40-50 pts. wt. carbon black, 9-11 pts. wt. mica powder, 1-3 pts. wt. silver nitrate powder, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. accelerator, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, and 0.05 pts. wt. GE/NR pre-dispersed masterbatch. USE - The low-permeability barrier rubber composite material is useful for nuclear power plant, where the nuclear power station steam turbine is a prime mover for converting heat energy discharged from the steam generator to mechanical energy and driving the generator to rotate. ADVANTAGE - The low-permeability barrier rubber composite material has excellent barrier property, corrosion safety, and low permeability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of low-permeability barrier rubber composite material for nuclear power plant, comprising (i) taking the mentioned raw materials; (ii) adjusting the roller pitch of the double-roll mill to 0.3-0.4 mm, and passing the GE/NR pre-dispersed masterbatch through the rolls and covering the rolls, when the temperature of the GE/NR pre-dispersed masterbatch is higher than 50℃, gradually adding mercaptan-adjusted chloroprene rubber in batches, and beating eight knives to mix evenly, and passing the roll; after the material is evenly mixed, turning on the cooling water, adjusting the roll distance to 2-3 mm, and releasing the film, to obtain premix one; (iii) adjusting the roll spacing of the double-roll mill to 2-3 mm, turning on the cooling water, adding sulfur-adjusted neoprene, passing the roll, and beating eight knives to wrap the roll; then adding stearic acid, mica powder, carbon black, silver nitrate powder, beat eight knives; then adjusting the roller distance of the double-roll mill to 0.5-1 mm, thin passing 10 times, packing into triangle bags, mixing evenly and slicing to obtain premix II; (iv) adjusting the roller pitch of the double-roll mill to 0.5-1 mm, heating the premix one over the rollers, adding the premix two, adjusting the roller pitch to 2-3 mm, turning on the cooling water, beating wight knives; then adjusting the roller distance to 0.5-1 mm, thin passing 10 times, mixing the film, to obtain premix three; (v) adjusting the roll spacing of the double-roll mill to 2-3 mm, turning on the cooling water, placing premix on the upper roll and the cover roll, adding zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, accelerator and vulcanizing agent, and beating eight knives; then adjusting the roller distance to 0.5-1 mm, thin passing 10 times, mixing the next sheet, to obtain mixed rubber; and (vi) placing the compounded rubber in the mold, and closing the mold on a flat vulcanizer for vulcanization.
