NOVELTY - Preparation of aluminum-based graphene alloy involves adding aluminum and/or aluminum alloy powder to graphene monodisperse solution, ball-milling, stirring, drying, obtaining mixed powder of graphene and aluminum and/or aluminum alloy, filling stainless steel sheath with mixed powder, heating, vacuum-degassing, hermetically sealing, performing hot isotactic pressing, removing sheath, obtaining cylindrical prefabricated ingot, melting aluminum and/or aluminum alloy powder, adding cylindrical prefabricated ingot, casting, air-cooling, homogenizing, and extruding. USE - Preparation of aluminum-based graphene alloy (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical and efficient preparation of aluminum-based graphene alloy by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of aluminum-based graphene alloy involves preparing a solution (A), adding graphene to the solution (A), ultrasonically stirring, adding aluminum and/or aluminum alloy powder to obtained graphene monodisperse solution, ball-milling mixed solution of graphene and aluminum and/or aluminum alloy for 20-40 hours, stirring at 50-60 degrees C, drying, obtaining mixed powder of graphene and aluminum and/or aluminum alloy, filling stainless steel sheath having inner diameter of 80-120 mm and cavity height of 85-300 mm with mixed powder, heating to 400-480 degrees C, vacuum-degassing under pressure of 1x 10-3 Pa for 2-4 hours, hermetically sealing, performing hot isotactic pressing at 450-500 degrees C under pressure of 100-200 MPa for 2-4 hours, machining, removing sheath, obtaining cylindrical prefabricated ingot having diameter of 55-85 mm and height of 55-200 mm, melting aluminum and/or aluminum alloy powder at 30-80 degrees C in a crucible under inert gas protection atmosphere, maintaining the crucible at constant temperature, adding cylindrical prefabricated ingot, casting obtained melt in a graphite crucible, air-cooling to room temperature under inert gas protection atmosphere, homogenizing obtained aluminum-based graphene alloy ingot at 400-500 degrees C for 24-48 hours, and extruding in 200-500 ton extruder. The mixed powder comprises 3-10 wt.% graphene and remainder of aluminum and/or aluminum powder.
