NOVELTY - Manufacturing cable tie for automobile lamp wire harness comprises (S1) taking the raw materials of the zip ties in the composition amount by weighing, (S2) heating and melting the masterbatch after drying treatment, adding to the stirring tank and melting, and then adding modified filler for toughness enhancement modification treatment, (S3) adding the modified masterbatch mixture into the injection molding machine, setting the temperature of the extrusion head of the injection molding machine in sections, and waiting for the temperature to rise to the injection molding temperature, (S4) filling and coating the mold release agent in the mold, driving the masterbatch mixture to heat up and soften in the injection molding machine and eliminating bubbles, and then injecting the mold into the mold, and (S5) after the mold is fully cooled, taking out the injection molding nylon strip. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing cable tie for automobile lamp wire harness. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing defoaming treatment ability in the preparation process by the dry treatment of the binding material and realizing the toughening treatment of nylon binding strip by modifying the master batch, and the glass is fiber by the colloid after bonding, which can improve the corresponding insulating ability and tensile strength of the nylon binding strips, by adding rate polyurethane particles and modified graphene particles at the time of processing, efficiently improving the modified strength of master batch base material, and hence improving modified strength after binding the outer surface-wear and windproof ability, and realizing unfolding control when using the wear-resistant layer surface the adhesive tape film. The method is easy to manufacture because of the injection tolerance caused by motion shaking influence to the binding safety and the whole impact resistance, and easy to fast wear caused by weathering corrosion.
