▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A thermally conductive composite material contains 27-33 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 15-25 pts. wt. ethylene/butylene terephthalate copolymer, 4-9 pts. wt. graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. alumina, 2-8 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. silicon oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. modified starch, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-4 pts. wt. adamantanone, 1-2 pts. wt. N-hydroxyethyl perfluorooctanoamide, and 5-10 pts. wt. polyaniline. USE - Thermally conductive composite material is useful in electronic device, instrumentation, illumination, communication and other applications. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent thermal conductivity, rigidity, heat resistance, solvent resistance and electrical conductivity, and can be prepared in economical manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of thermally conductive composite material, which involves weighing raw materials and then uniformly mixing, stirring the mixture and then placing in a twin-screw extruder, and extruding.
