NOVELTY - The soft masterbatch comprises 26-32 pts. wt., preferably 29 pts. wt. polyethylene foam, 18-23 pts. wt., preferably 22 pts. wt. graphene, 15-21 pts. wt., preferably 18 pts. wt. foam copper, 12-17 pts. wt., preferably 15 pts. wt. aluminum foam, 12-15 pts. wt., preferably 13 pts. wt. styrene butadiene rubber, 8-13 pts. wt., preferably 12 pts. wt. sulfur king, 10-15 pts. wt., preferably 13 pts. wt. coupling agent, 6-9 pts. wt., preferably 8 pts. wt. chitosan, 9-11 pts. wt., preferably 10 pts. wt. curing accelerator, 1-6 pts. wt., preferably 4 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, 1-3 pts. wt., preferably 2 pts. wt. dispersant, and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt., preferably 1 pts. wt. mildew fungicide. USE - Soft masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The soft masterbatch has excellent softness performance, short onset time, and quick effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of soft masterbatch, which involves weighing raw materials, mixing the polyethylene foam, graphene, copper foam and aluminum foam, grinding treatment for 30-60 minutes after ultrasonic treatment to obtain a mixture (A), ultrasonically processing the styrene butadiene rubber, the sulfur king and the coupling agent for 1-2 hours to obtain a mixture (B), mixing the mixture (A), the mixture (B) and the chitosan and adding to the dispersing agent, and carrying out the dispersion treatment for 2-6 hours, adding curing accelerator, the antibacterial agent, the dispersing agent and the anti-mold fungicide to continue the dispersion treatment for 1-1.5 hours, and extruding and granulating by a double-screw extruder to obtain a soft masterbatch.
