▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Low cost marine concrete comprises clinker, modified graphene oxide material, slag, limestone, shale, silica fume, lignin fiber, polypropylene fiber, water reducing agent, sodium polyacrylate, sodium dodecyl sulfate and phosphogypsum. USE - Used as low cost marine concrete. ADVANTAGE - The concrete utilizes polypropylene fiber for inhibiting peeling of the concrete surface layer cement mortar and reduces concrete mass loss, lignin fiber to evenly distribute water inside slurry by capillary action, beta -cyclodextrin modified graphene oxide composite for increasing the adsorption performance of graphene oxide, chloride ion and sulfate having very strong erosion performance in seawater adsorbed on the surface of graphene oxide and resist the cement interior. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing low cost marine concrete comprising (a) mixing clinker, slag, limestone, shale, silica fume and phosphogypsum uniformly and grinding, where the mixture is grind to a specific surface area of 300-320m2/kg, (b) scattering the lignin fibers and polypropylene fibers and fluffy and mixing with the modified graphene oxide material, water reducing agent, sodium polyacrylate and sodium lauryl sulfate to obtain a mixing agent and (c) adding the mixing agent to water to obtain a mixed solution, adding the mixed material to the stirring device, turning on the slow stirring first and adding the mixed solution at a uniform speed and increasing the rotation speed and stirring for 8-15 minutes.
