NOVELTY - Flocculating agent comprises 70-90 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl cellulose graphene micro-capsule, and 10-30 pts. wt. dispersant. The hydroxyethyl cellulose graphene micro-capsule comprises a core material and a wall material covering the core material. The mass ratio of wall material and the core material is 0.6:1-1.5:1. The core material is graphene, and the wall material is hydroxyethyl cellulose. USE - Used as flocculating agent. ADVANTAGE - The flocculating agent: increases the flocculation efficiency and the purification rate per unit flocculant; and maintains or reduces the amount of flocculant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the flocculating agent comprising (i) preparing the hydroxyethyl cellulose graphene micro-capsule, and (ii) mixing the hydroxyethyl cellulose graphene micro-capsule with dispersing agent.
