▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Improved chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) power pipe comprises 100-120 pts. wt. chlorinated polyvinyl chloride, 5-6 pts. wt. graphene A, 8-9 pts. wt. carbon black, 6-8 pts. wt. coupling agent, 11-13 pts. wt. toughening agent, 3-5 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 4-6 pts. wt. composite lubricant, 0.5-2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 0.5-1 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, and 5-10 pts. wt. flame retardant compound. USE - Improved chlorinated polyvinyl chloride power pipe. ADVANTAGE - The improved chlorinated polyvinyl chloride power pipe reduces melt flow rate, tensile strength, elongation at break and bending strength, has strong corrosion resistance, good electrical insulation, high mechanical strength, low friction coefficient, heat resistance, cold resistance, and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing improved chlorinated polyvinyl chloride power pipe, which involves: (A) placing the modified polyvinyl chloride, graphene A, carbon black, composite lubricant, composite lubricant and titanium dioxide into a high-speed mixer for mixing; (B) adjusting the rotating speed of the mixing paddle to 800-1000 revolution per minutes (r/min), the mixing temperature is set to 130-140 degrees C, and the mixing time is set to 10-15 minutes to obtain mixture one; (C) placing the mixture one, nano calcium carbonate, antioxidant, coupling agent, toughening agent and compatibilizer into a high-speed mixer for mixing in sequence; (D) adjusting the rotating speed of the mixing paddle to 900-1000 r/min, the mixing temperature is set to 90-110 degrees C, and the mixing time is set to 10-30 minutes to obtain the second mixture; (E) placing the mixture 2 into a twin-screw extruder for extrusion molding to obtain a semi-finished CPVC power pipe; (F) taking polyurethane resin, methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate and 30-35 wt.% deionized water; (G) adding them to the stirring tank, and stirring at 1200-1400 r/min for 30-40 minutes; (H) adding acrylamide, polyvinyl alcohol, ammonium polyphosphate, cellulose acetate, defoamer, silane coupling agent and the remaining deionized water; (I) stirring at 1500-1600 rpm for 20-30 minutes, and let stand for 30-60 minutes to obtain flame retardant coating; (J) spraying the flame retardant paint uniformly on the outer wall of the semi-finished CPVC power pipe; and (K) drying the flame-retardant paint and prepare an improved CPVC power pipe.
