▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Transparent electrode, comprises graphene on at least one surface of a transparent substrate (11), where the graphene is doped with a positive (p)-dopant which is an acid having a molecular weight of greater than or equal to 120, and a transmittance variation rate of the doped graphene from before and after the graphene is doped with the p-dopant is less than or equal to 0.5%. USE - The transparent electrode is useful in a display device, solar cell (claimed), organic light-emitting devices, electronic-paper, and liquid crystal display devices. ADVANTAGE - The transparent electrode exhibits reduced sheet resistance and high stability when exposed to air in which reduction of transmittance is prevented or inhibited, thus improving the optical and electrical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the transparent electrode, comprising forming a transparent electrode by transferring graphene onto a transparent substrate, and doping the graphene with a p-dopant solution to obtain doped graphene, where the p-dopant solution is an acid having a molecular weight of greater than or equal to 120; and (2) a thin film comprising graphene on at least one surface of a transparent substrate, where the graphene is doped with the p-dopant.
