NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-polymer composite transparent film by gas-liquid interface self-assembly comprises adding polymer powder including polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, and polyacrylic acid into deionized water to prepare polymer water solution; adding graphene into the polymer water solution and mixing; conducting ultrasonic oscillation; transferring graphene-polymer homogeneous phase solution into water bath and standing; taking the film layer formed on liquid surface; and naturally drying or baking to obtain graphene-polymer composite transparent film. USE - Preparation of graphene-polymer composite transparent film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple; has low cost; and provides graphene-polymer composite transparent film, which has better electrical, thermal, and optical performance, and adjustable light transmission and film thickness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-polymer composite transparent film by gas-liquid interface self-assembly comprises adding polymer powder including polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, and polyacrylic acid into deionized water to prepare 0.1-30 mg/ml polymer water solution; according to the mass ratio of graphene and polymer of 1:0.1-50, adding graphene into the polymer water solution and mixing; conducting ultrasonic oscillation for 0.5-10 hours at 20-300 W to obtain graphene-polymer homogeneous phase solution; transferring graphene-polymer homogeneous phase solution into water bath and standing for 0.5-5 hours at 20-90 degrees C; taking the film layer formed on liquid surface; and naturally drying or baking to obtain graphene-polymer composite transparent film.
