▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing sandwich-structured functionalized graphene/waterborne epoxy resin composite coating involves taking liquid-phase exfoliated graphene with a complete structure as a matrix, carrying out self-assembly on the surface of the graphene by dopamine to obtain polydopamine-coated insulated graphene, taking the insulated graphene as a new platform to grow nano-manganic oxide to obtain sandwich-structured functionalized graphene. The graphene is taken as a nuclear layer, the insulated polydopamine as a middle layer and the nano-manganic oxide as an outer layer, doped the sandwich-structured functionalized graphene into a water-based epoxy resin coating, and uniformly and stably dispersed the graphene in the water-based epoxy resin coating through the cross-linking effect of the polydopamine and the water-based epoxy resin. USE - Method for preparing sandwich-structured functionalized graphene/waterborne epoxy resin composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The waterborne epoxy resin coatings has excellent barrier effect of functionalized graphene and the corrosion inhibition of nano-manganese tetroxide, and significantly enhances the anti-corrosion performance .
