▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene reinforced composite material comprises copper matrix and graphene oxide dispersed in the copper matrix, where content of graphene oxide is 0.6-0.8 wt.%. USE - Used as graphene reinforced composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has hardness of 53 HV (which is increased by more than 35% when compared to pure copper), and tensile strength of 240 MPa (which is increased by more than 32% when compared to pure copper). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene reinforced composite material comprising (i) preparing graphene oxide, (ii) dispersing graphene oxide in ethanol solution to obtain graphene oxide solution, adding copper powder into graphene oxide solution, ultrasonically mixing for 1-3 hours, then drying at 40-80 degrees C, and ball milling 7-9 hours, coating graphene oxide on the surface of the copper powder to obtain composite powder, and (iii) performing hot-press sintering of composite powder to obtain final product.
