NOVELTY - A different elements doped graphene quantum dot compound with molecularly imprinted material silver-lanthanum-iron-oxygen (molecularly imprinted Ag-LaFeO3) complex gas-sensitive materials comprises raw boron-doped graphene quantum dots, nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots, sulfur-doped graphene quantum dots and chlorine-doped graphene quantum dots. USE - Different elements doped graphene quantum dot compound with molecularly imprinted material for use in preparing formaldehyde, acetone, benzene and methanol gas sensor and/or gas tester (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensitive sensor has better effect of working under the low temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A different elements doped graphene quantum dot compound with molecularly imprinted material silver-lanthanum-iron-oxygen (molecularly imprinted Ag-LaFeO3) complex gas-sensitive materials comprises raw boron-doped graphene quantum dots, nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots, sulfur-doped graphene quantum dots and chlorine-doped graphene quantum dots, where the mass ratio of boron-doped graphene quantum dots and molecularly imprinted silver-lanthanum-iron-oxygen material is 0.005-0.05: 1, the mass ratio of nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots and molecularly imprinted silver-lanthanum-iron-oxygen material is 0.01-0.05:1, the mass ratio of graphene quantum dots and molecularly imprinted silver-lanthanum-iron-oxygen material is 0.005-0.05:1 and the mass ratio of chlorine-doped graphene quantum dots and molecularly imprinted silver-lanthanum-iron-oxygen material is 0.005-0.03:1. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing different elements doped graphene quantum dot compound with molecularly imprinted material.
