▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Polypropylene composite material comprises 3-10 wt.% non-polar filler, 1.1-2.5 wt.% nucleating agent, 6-18 wt.% metal powder, 0.5-1.8 wt.% pearl powder, 1.5-3.1 wt.% surfactant, 8-20 wt.% graphene oxide, 2.6-5.5 wt.% aniline, 3.5-10 wt.% plant fiber, 1.5-4.5 wt.% nano antibacterial agent, 5-13 wt.% luminous powder, 0-7 wt.% silicone light dispersing agent, 1-5 wt.% color powder, 4-12 wt.% cross-linking agent, 3.5-8.5 wt.% coupling agent, 0.5-1.5 wt.% toughening agent and polypropylene (balance amount). USE - The polypropylene composite material is useful for spraying-free three-dimensional printing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes easily available raw materials; has low cost, low toxicity and excellent commonality; is simple, easy to control and environmentally friendly; overcomes the defects that poor properties e.g. small surface tension of existing polypropylene composite material; improving product molding quality and efficiency of the polypropylene composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polypropylene composite material, comprising (i) adding graphene oxide into deionized water (1.5-5 times amount of graphene oxide), then stirring uniformly, and concentrating the graphene oxide and deionized water mixture at 80-100 degrees C for 2-5 minutes to 6-10 mg/ml to obtain graphene-deionized water mixture, adding aniline, mixing uniformly, heating the mixture 150-200 degrees C within 5-15 minutes, then heat preservating for 5-10 minutes, and cooling naturally to 80-100 degrees C to obtain liquid graphene oxide substrate, (ii) adding polypropylene into a kneading device, kneading under heating condition to obtain molten polypropylene, adding non-polar filler, nucleating agent, metal powder, pearl powder, surfactant, silicone light dispersing agent and color powder, then mixing uniformly, and kneading the resulting molten material in the kneading device for 20-50 minutes to obtain molten polypropylene matrix, (ii) maintaining the molten polypropylene matrix at the same conditions for 10-30 minutes, added the graphene oxide substrate at an uniform rate, stirring uniformly the mixture, adding plant fiber, nano antibacterial agent, luminous powder, silicone light dispersing agent, cross-linking agent, coupling agent and toughening agent, mixing uniformly, then cooling naturally to 80-100 degrees C to obtain polypropylene material substrate, and (iv) adding the polypropylene material substrate into a screw extruder at an uniform speed, then extruding, and molding to obtain final product.
